Okay. I did my medicals at q-life and it took 2 weeks to come out but I did them during the Christmas/New year's holiday so that could have been a factor.

Remember to take any vaccination records you have - that ended up saving me some money.

I'm sure it's all gonna work out. Good luck!

Vaccinations like which one end which one. How much did you pay pls

I got my interview date today!

CC: 01/30/18

Interview: 03/15/19

Embassy: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

hey! just hoping to reach out and ask a few questions to your about the process. I am applying for my brazilian husband and we are at the NVC/CEAC stage. it seems that you got an interview date pretty fast after you submitted everything on the CEAC. im curious if they came back requesting to add anything to your CEAC file or if everything was all good and they processed it? also in the document uploading stage, did you add evidence of bonafide marriage, like pictures, texts, flights, etc... i think i may have made a mistake here and am trying to get some insight. thanks for taking the time to read this!

There's a list of vaccines on the official site and I believe one comes with packet 4 with instructions for the medical but here's a list from what I remember:

TDap - tetanus, diptheria, pertussis

MMR - measles, mumps, rubella

Varicella - chickenpox

IPV - polio

I also had records for hepatitis vaccine but I don't remember whether they did anything with that.

The only one I didn't have a record for was polio. You'll also need to do chest x-ray for TB, urine test and blood test for gonorrhea.

They initially quoted me ~N80,000 but I ended up paying N56k because I had vaccination records and only needed to take the polio shot. They don't take cash so make sure you have a bank card for the POS. Call them for more instructions.

Best of luck!

Hello,

Exactly, I got no checklist.

I am with limited access to my computer, in case you still need help with the document list just let me know and as soon as I can I will send you what I submitted, but I strictly followed their instructions:

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/collect-and-submit-forms-and-documents-to-the-nvc.html

In case you are wondering about the "Photograph" section I uploaded a picture according to the following link:

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/photos.html

Don't forget to create your timeline, it is very important for the visa journey community.

It depends on where you go and which vaccines you need to get. Infants, children, teenagers vs older adults have different vaccine schedules.

As I said earlier in this thread, I ended up paying 56k because I took my vaccination records along. However, I was originally quoted 82k. Others have mentioned paying over 100k.

Your best bet is to call the clinic and ask.
