Looks like 12.5 months for February application, no? Or if you are removing conditions 13 months is within range.

No RFE or possible delays? Would be extremely helpful for you to fill out your timeline so you can be helped

My timeline is there. 

Received on 2/8/19 and biometrics in March 2019. Radio silence since then. You would expect more from this "super power" called US. Whatever.

Folks unfortunately,  February 2019, 12 months is not even close to maxing out your processing times. I know it is frustrating, of course! This is far from unreasonable though.

N400 can push this as well, as you probably know already. If you intend to do it, its better sooner rather than later..before fee increase.

 

Big Superpower also entails slow moving government wheels. Bad can come as easily with the good!

Looks like movement at Nebraska has stopped. No updates for a couple of weeks 😔

 

The flurry of activity since late last year stopped right as they got to my number. So I've been thinking I might be one of the lucky ones till now.

 

But I'm still within 10 months of max processing time lol so I chill. For now. I reserve the right to lose my sh*t at some stage.

That was the same day we filed last year and received GC February 12 which was only 10 days ago from LIN.

My status was stuck on the Biometrics message too and never changed to the "card being produced" message that most people received, so I was also a bit concerned while I waited.

Perhaps it might happen the same way for you, hang in there.

My application was actually received on 2/12... I guess I will keep waiting. Thanks for your kind words!

You can file a Case Enquiry to find out about the status.

Get an Info pass appointment Get your passport stamped with GC temp extention

Apply for N400 citizenship.

Rather than get mad, you can always ask your local state representative for assistance in querying USCIS. 

 

When I originally applied for my GC, I had almost lapsed my EAC expiration date, and started to panic, but my wife read somewhere in VJ about asking for help from our local state representative. My wife (my sponsor) called our local congresswoman’s office and we come in the following week to meet with her office and were questioned to make sure that we were legit in our process (not some GC scam). In less than two weeks, we received an RFE and an extension for my EAC from USCIS and then the same thing happened again. Again, we asked for assistance from our congresswoman’s office. This time, within one week after her inquiry, we received my conditional GC approval.

 

I think you should exhaust all other options before considering a lawsuit. Plus I really don’t think doing so can be good for getting your GC nor can it be good for your wallet.
