I just wanted to share that I received notification that my I-751 filing was approved and that a card was being processed.  I just want to thank all of you for sharing valuable information and make our journey a lot easier.

06/22/2016: AOS/ EAD/ AP Sent (USPS 2-day priority)
06/24/2016: Packet delivered to Chicago Lockbox
07/05/2016: NOA 1 e-notifications x3 (emails and texts, check cashed)
07/09/2016: NOA 1 letters received x3
07/15/2016: Biometrics letter received, appointment scheduled for 7/25/2016

Congrats to everyone who's been approved. I know the wait is terrible. I just checked the status for my husband today, It did indicate his case was approved on 1/16. However it did not state anything about a card being produced just yet. Not sure

why, maybe it needs a day or 2 to update!?

  • February 14 - EAD  & Advanced Parole Approved and being mailed. 
  • May 4 2017. Approved without interview, Card being Produced
  • May 7, 2017 recvd approval for i485
  • May 10 2017 rcvd Green Cards in mail.!!
  • Next step in 20 months to remove conditions.

 

Removal of Conditions Begins by end of first week of February

 

  • February 5, 2019   - Printing package;
  • February 11, 2019 - ROC package mailed;
  • February 13, 2019 - Package delivered to Dallas Tx;
  • February 15, 2019 - Credit Card Charged;
  • February 19, 2019 - Electronic Notification Rec'd, Case Location LIN - Nebraska;
  • February 21, 2019 - Received NOA with 18 month extension for wife ONLY, not 14yo dependent who is on application;
  • March 12, 2019      - Notified USCIS that we never rcvd i797 for 14 yo minor, they provided a case # and submitted a Svc Request
  • May 2.2019             -  No forward motion, we called again and despite there was an officer assigned to this service request nothing happened/ no extension. We filed an InfoPass and have an appointment for Monday 6th for passport stamp.
  • May 6, 2019 - Attended InfoPass appointment in Philadelphia local USCIS local office for 930. This was for a never rcvd 797 for our 14yo dependent. Arrived 9:15, not crowded at all. No extra photos or fingerprint taken. We were in the car (lots of parking available) at 945. Pleasant female officer, she updated and checked for no changes. Stamped passport, explained is valid for 1 year. The took the green card which expired 5/4/19. No issues or problems.. I asked about the non receipt and she said it's pretty common.. 
  • August 23 - Biometrics NOA, scheduled for 9/3 @1pm
  • September 3 - Biometrics
  • September 4 -Fingerprint Review was completed
  • January 8 - ROC, Card Being Processed, Citizenship is next!
  • January 15 2020  - Cards Delivered

 

N400 Citizenship :)

01/09/2019  Mailed ROC package via FEDEX to Lewisville,Texas

 01/11/2019  Package delivered to USCIS office

01/16/2019  Received text message with service center as SRC

01/17/2019  Status on https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ as accepted. Check submitted electronically to my bank. Not cashed yet.

01/18/2019  Check cashed electronically. 

02/07/2019  Called USCIS regarding non delivery of receipt . They asked me to call back after 30 days have expired since delivery

02/11/2019  Called USCIS again regarding non delivery of receipt. Mentioned that license will expire along with greencard on 02/28.

                        The lady filed a request on my behalf so i could schedule infopass.

                        I separately also filed e-request(https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=ndn) 

                        by choosing I-751 and other option , before calling USCIS just in case.

02/13/2019 Got callback from USCIS that infopass cannot be scheduled,but they will mail

                       a duplicate notice.

11/08/2019 Biometrics got completed

03/24/2020 Case status got changed to card being produced

New Card is Being Produced 1/15/20.  Almost 1 year from when we filed.  Now it's time to file for citizenship this weekend.  Thanks to everyone for sharing your story and congrats on your approvals.

My wife is a Jan. 2019 filer. She had biometrics Nov. 7, 2019. We filed the N-400 online, and her I751 was transferred to Lee's Summit two days later. Biometrics for Naturalization scheduled for Jan. 31.

Congratulations on the approval.  I think you missed the status of "Card is being produced".  I remember correctly, they first say that the card is being produced and at some later stage they update the status that you were approved.  So, maybe the card production stage was there but you missed it. They may go back to it though.  I hope that helps...

No, my MSC case has been ready for interview schedule since April 2019, i wonder if i can just start my Citizinship process on this February 2020??

Few days ago I posted saying my case was approved and card is being produced. I received my card today and approval letter on Wednesday. Now time for N400 in February. Can I start the application now and submit when my 90 days window is open?

Just make sure the date and submission is within your window.. Congrats, we are in the same timeframe for citizenship as you.

You can file anytime you enter the N400 window for your dates.

Thank you. My window is Feb 9 as my anniversary of GC was may 9 2017. So I can start the online application and submit everything once the window is open? I Won't get rejected. What are the things I need for this process. :)
