Congratulations! Good job.

I think there maybe a hold up for the next couple of weeks or at least a slow-down in their processing based on some observations in the recent past.

Hello...I've seen some folks get approved recently...I'm curious why you think there will be some delay on top of this long wait?  It all depends on your local office I believe.

My local office is Newark, NJ.

I-130 (for parents of US Citizens):

8/19/2022: NOA (IOE0917XXXXXX); Texas Service Center

7/22/2023: Both (parents) petitions approved

7/27/2023: Both cases sent to NVC

8/8/2023: Received NVC welcome email for both parents

Their staff may want to take vacations I suspect...

Congratulations on your GC.  How much documents do you plan to send for proof of marriage/relationship? Many people are saying not much while having the documents available furing the N-400 interview. Specifically, they are saying marriage certificate, tax forms / IRS transcript for the last three years, and maybe a bank statement or two... They are doing this based on specific instructions in the immigration website. What do you plan to do, if you don't mind sharing ?

Thank you . The plan is to send the listed documents with a little extra i.e birth certificate of child, taxes and very little of documents that show co mingling of finances and all for the last 3 years.
For all it’s worth, I sent very little for ROC and I got approved with no RFE and interview 🤷🏽‍♀️. Hope that helps? All the best with the future😊
