USCIS has updated my case status from " case received" to " fingerprint reviewed wait until we inform ......" ..

There's no specific time frame for MSC.

Just go check out fillers for the last 12 months and see how many MSC have got their greencard.

As per USCIS Processing Times webpage, anywhere between 14.5 to 24 months..

You filed in Feb 2019 and got scheduled for an Interview dated May 15th 2019??? I've never seen anyone getting an interview date that fast. Maybe you should call USCIS and double check with them.
