To the best of my knowledge, you cannot file an additional notification form. I have known people that have called after their checks were cashed as verified by the bank or credit card company and spoke to a representitive who added an email notificaron.

I called USCIS this morning and got my case/receipt number and it starts by EAC so my case went to the Vermont center guess. Living in Los Angeles, I did not expect it to go there. Anyway, I create am account online so I can get notifications when the status of my case change.

Gosh i hope mine will work the same. I sent it to the same address as you and they received it on 2/7 but I am paying by credit card.  So hopefully I will have some good news next week. 👍

Yes, we were pretty active during K1! Now 751, then N400. 

 

BTW does anyone know if people wait for approval for ROC before applying for citizenship? Since we were married in Sept 2016, last week of June can be the go date

for citizenship.. 😊

I saw some posts that if your end goal is to be a citizen, then you can file N400 (90 days before 3rd year GC anniversary) and most of the cases is being processed a lot faster since N400 has more priority than I-751. They usually do a JOINT I-751/N400 interview.

 

But some people also says that it really depends on the local office workloads.

 

I plan to do that too next year. 😊

You already got the case number? Did they receive your package on the 7th? 

My package was received on the 8th. Hopefully, I got some good new tmr.

thanks for the answer.They have not cashed my check yet. Never want to get my check cashed so bad like this before lol

Hello everyone! We are submitting our I-751 this week

My wife’s GC expures in May 14th but we have schedule a trip for May 22nd

Will she be allowed to enter the US with just the NOA for thr ROC- hope we get it before the trip

You should get your extension before that. Make sure you travel with the expired card as well, not just the NOA. Bear in mind that you could receive he Biometric appointment while she is away.. Just FYI.

Mine was received on 02/08 as well. Hopefully we should hear something by Friday this week.
