No, the paralegal told me I can’t send to lockbox , and therefore she told me to send to 1820 E Sky Harbor and gave me USPS box ... So it was sent it there by USPS, and signed by someone in Chase bank ...

 

Both of the addresses below are for the Phoenix Lockbox, just depends on how you choose to send it. Fedex & UPS cannot deliver to a PO box, so you must use the street address. However, I think, USPS should be able to deliver to the street address, as long as it is addressed properly.

 Here is my info to add to this thread about my wife and step sons I-751. 

 

-recieved at Phoenix lockbox 2/8/2019

-recieved 18 month extension letter for my wife from NBC with MSC receipt number last week

-recieved biometrics letter for my wife from NBC a couple days ago with biometrics appointment next Wednesday (March 6th)

 

We haven't received anything in the mail for my step son yet. I called USCIS yesterday to inquire about this. They gave me my step sons receipt number which also starts with MSC. They told me it can take up to 30 days to receive mail for him and his case may be processed seperately.

 

I have seen that a few people have had their cases sent to NBC which as far as I know hasn't been done in the past for stand alone I-751 cases. Does anyone have any idea what their processing time might be as the USCIS website has no estimated processing time for that service center. I have noticed that a few people including my wife who have had their case sent to NBC have recieved biometrics appointments fairly quickly so hopefully this is a sign that they process things relatively quickly there but who knows. We were lucky with our I-130 as it went through USCIS very quickly so hopefully our luck repeats here.

Weird....old didnt work for me so I tried new and it worked, except my previous cases were recorded in old site. 

Did you try calling them? I know they push for using their website but good old Emma is programmed to pick out familiar terms and not actually give you what you need. You're better off holding on call and talking to a real person or get an infopass to the nearest office that can help.

Ill just wait for the letter for a few days. Let's see if I get it by Sat.

Who knows how to check I-751 status online?

As I noticed this is the main question in any ROC topic when you received  I-797.

 

Uscis report: "your case doesn't recognize the receipt number entered."

Any suggestions?

Why, does even matter lol? I think sometime between 9-12 am. ET.

Once 12 EST passes and based on your response, one can expect no further messages from them as opposed to waiting all day for a message from them for some people. Anything can help for people.  I suppose people are looking for details on here.  That's why you are posting date of delivery (not date you sent your packet) for example. You mean 9 am - 12 pm?  am I correct?

I agree. Seeing this info from others is very helpful.

 

I should have posted this when it happened but my hubby's text message came at 6:17p PST on Feb 19. I wasn't expecting it to come so late in the day as I thought all text messages were sent out around noon. 

 

Here's the latest on my hubby's case:

 

751 delivered to Phoenix lockbox via USPS on 2/14.

Text message received 2/19. WAC case #.

Check cashed on 2/20.

NOA/Extension letter arrived on 2/25.

 

 The waiting game continues.....

It does not work for many recent case numbers.

We get 751 on new site only, AOS on old one 🤔
