I'm worried about the ADIT processing bit. Does that mean for sure the card is coming or could we get a letter saying "pending name check..." or something?

I wouldn't worry about that ADIT part, it says it on everyone's. I don't think anyone is really quite sure what it means, but it doesn't seem to have affected anything adversely that I've heard of.

I think ADIT has to do with them approving the green card or providing you with proof that you are a green card holder(maybe stamping a passport or ordering production of the green card), but I'm not sure.

You should look for your green card really soon (see my timeline)!! Congratulations!

06/01/2009- Received Biometrics Letter

06/18/2009 - Biometrics

09/23/2009 - date of decision to approve (letter received), just waiting for card. No online updates whatsoever.
