Hiya...it is me again! Right, we are now about to get married (the 29th of April), and now my british fiance is wondering what are the main reasons why he could be refused a greencard??? I know that I am probably doing your head in with all of my questions, but he is trying to be very cautious and wants to be prepared in both case scenarios. I would appreciate any feedback that you may be willing to give.

thanks a bunch

Lots of love,

Laura

Insufficient evidence, they don't believe you, they dont like the way you smell, the interviewer had a bad day. lol. But in all seriousness I have heard of many different reasons...One that kind of shocked me was, K visa's being denied at the CO for those with co-sponsers.

Laura

just the fact he is from Leicester could be the problem.

only joking cos I was born in Leicester

just had a copy of my BC sent over and its states

that my sex is -------- BOY.

just love it cos we are all little boys @ heart.

On a more serious note , you and your man should be just fine.

Julie and myself are nearing the end of this journey and its ben pretty straightforward.

My biggest moan is the inequality of the system , if you can use Vermont SC

you are well ahead of the pack.

seems unfair that couples are apart for so LONG

especially those with young kiddies.

I am living in Toronto and Jules in Florida , so we get to see each other every month at a minimum.

All the best to you and your fiancee ---- name ??

Red d roger

ps which part of leicester is he from ??
