It's taking about 9 months to get the interview.

I'm currently waiting for my wife's interview since October 22nd, 2018. We're hoping we get notified in July to attend the interview in August, but at this point we don't even know.

I have my interview on the same day! 🤞🤞🤞

I just found this thread, my CC date it is similar to yours but from June 2019, and it looks like we'll be getting apt some time in March 2020, part of me wants to be done with all this, but other part we still have time to prepare ourselves and save money for that trip, I would love to hear from your experiences in Juarez, TIA ☺️

My husband and I have been waiting since Nov. 22, 2018 (Also CR-1). I have seen that others with CC dates in Sep. 2018 are just starting to get appointment notifications.

Hello, Marcia! Have you heard anything back !? My case closed in November 28, 2019 for CR-1 as well. Since then we have been waiting for interview appointment. It’s almost been 1 year.

We all know how hard it is to miss birthday's, holiday's just daily life in general. Stay strong. I am also waiting for my IR1-2 for my wife and step-daughter's interview in Juarez. We were notified on June 2, 2019 are cases were waiting for the interview date. From what I can surmise by the conversations we are looking at next March 2020 maybe longer. Another to tax year to have ready. Probably need all new support documents and who knows what policies our Trump crew will cook up. Wow is rough. All I can do is shake my head. Just stay safe and healthy my family. Wow

Juarez is very backlogged, I've read some facebook groups 'citados al consulado de cd juarez mexico' etc, and they're assigning interviews for CC Nov 2018. So I would say you'd have to wait around a year after CC to have your interview. That would be June 2020. Not kidding.

I haven't even uploaded my documents cause no case number yet. So I already know my interview would be assigned for around Dec 2020.

Service Center: Texas Service Center SRC

Consulate: Juarez, Mexico

I-130 NOA1: 2019/03/21

I-130 NOA2: 2019/09/17

NVC DQ: 2020/01/21

Visa Approved: 2021/07/01

Do these one year wait times also apply to people who are doing consular filing, have a case number and NVC letter and have already filled out and submitted the DS-260?

My wife and I are both residents of Mexico and have done direct consular filing in Mexico City.

We received the NVC letter with a link to schedule our appointment online. But no appointments are available.

Does this year long wait apply to us as well, or could we see something pop up earlier if we keep checking?

Does anyone know how I can figure out my CC date or what that is ? I only know my priority date shown on the NVC website . Please and thank you !

CC date is the date on your letter/email that says you are in queue awaiting interview, however some people had said that is not the exact CC date usually is a week prior from that date, now if the petitioner is an US citizen the priority date does not count, hopefully this helps 😉
