NVC doesn't have anything to do with the P3 letter. Those are produced and sent out from the embassy.

i recieved my NVC# and invoice number 3/25/19.  Just spoke to a representative on the 603-334-0888 number.  By the way everyone should only call this # and press #1. This is a short wait (less than 5 mins) and a human will ask what visa. you tell them K! and receipt# WAC#.  i was told that my file will be sent out electronically and that happens daily.  The hard copy will follow but have anyone else heard this.  My embassy confirmed this process by email when i asked.

Still waiting on "ready" .  Did my DS160

If your CEAC status says ready, it means it's the embassy has received it. I would follow up with them and confirm and move forward with the steps on setting up getting your interview and medical scheduled.

Congratulations, and compliments on your planning and timing, you did it in as a tight time line as USCIS/NVC/Embassy allowed you too. Good luck, and hope you have smooth travel and PoE.

The planned timeline worked out well. It was as tight at the end as I would have felt comfortable with. We received the email from the embassy on Monday and interview on Wednesday

That's great news, I'm sure you are so relieved. What questions did they ask her? Please post back how long it takes for her passport to be ready. Kris has her interview on Monday and we're hoping she gets hers back by the weekend so she can fly in Saturday or Sunday, but it'll be close. It'll either be ready Friday or Monday, but that one workday makes a whole week difference on when she can be here.
