If you are trying to find out case number, just call them. Your NOA2 was over a month ago, you definitely have the case number by now. It typically takes them a week to respond to AskNVC in my experience.

My Fiancee paid the fees over the at the bank and they gave her a "Payment acknowledgement US VISA Fees" paper with Bank reference number. Is this the number i enter on the below field? K1-INDIA. Any information would be helpful. Do i have to wait certain amount of time or what?

Mmmm I tried it with Ukraine and nothing happened. Last shipment for Colombia left on March 6th, not 5th. So maybe the same thing is happening with Ukraine.

people were getting notices way too early in the morning for the packet to actually to have left on the 19th. I think what happened is they actually shipped it on Monday and they updated everyone's cases on Tuesday. Origin and destinations are both correct. It's possible it could be a different shipment, maybe other types of petitions, who knows. It was signed for by Litvinova today (литвинова), so I guess if we could find the tracking from the March 5th shipment to see who it was signed for by, that could help confirm it.
