He said that he hit a car from behind at a stop light and totaled his car and he got a ticket and paid $100. Do you think are we going to received RFE for this?

My fiance had DUI and def more that $100, we didn't provide any information about it at all since it is not more than 3 times or fine more than $500/each.

We got approved without any REF.

The I-134*. EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT. You should be able to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge or be a burden on the U.S. taxpayers for financial support. A completed I-134 Affidavit of Support Form (https://www.uscis.gov/i-134) K1/K2 Interview Preparation Instructions – English (February 2014)  Page 3 of 9 with an original signature will be useful to the consular officer to evaluate your petitioner’s ability to be financially responsible for you. You should also submit your petitioner’s most recent U.S. Federal income tax return (Form 1040) and wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank statements may be included to substantiate the I-134. Get the IRS transcript in place of the actual 1040 here: https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript Use this link to determine the income levels needed https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p.

*Update to Form I-134, Affidavit of Support

03/05/2019 12:00 AM EST

02/13/19. Starting 05/06/19, we will only accept the 02/13/19 edition. Until then, you can use the 11/30/16 edition.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

Talked to a lovely lady Mandy today and she gave me amazing news. Got the Case number and Invoice ID number. Will double check everything this weekend with Fiancee that we are good to go to schedule the interview right after the petition is shipped from here on the 19th.

NOA 2 was Feb.5.2019 - Called yesterday and they had received my petition. Lately i have been calling 1-603-334-0888 and get to talk to someone very quickly (avg. about 10 minute wait) Also Mandy told me they send the petition electronically (i thought it was only china that does that)?

updating the timeline now.....

just gotta get the medical done and we'll be good to go 😁😁😁

have we for sure verified that Ukraine has went digital though? last I had heard, ceac will show ready once sent, but it'll then change back, then a few days later itll change to ready again once they are truly ready.

@Shirancan you chime in? that would be amazing to have that early of a date, but I'm scared that she'll show up and theyll turn her away and we'll have to pay the fee again.
