No. If you download and review the form and instructions, it will be self explanatory.

Your forgetting the larger picture and that is to complete the AOS package after marriage you are required to show all vaccinations have been completed per their (AOS) requirements. Sure you can go anywhere you want even Walgreens, Walmart or Target to get vaccinated but they can't complete the I-693 which is required and then you need to visit a CS who charges $75 - $250 to complete the vaccination part with a I-693.

Does the i-134 need to be notarized?

NO but it may require a "wet" signature. Verify with the embassy what their requirements are. Here is information that may answer that question.

1. You can start here: https://eg.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/

2. Then your portal on VJ here: https://www.visajourney.com/portals/index.php?country=Egypt

3. Then here for consulate information https://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Egypt&cty=Cairo

4. Then here for Egypt US Consulate Reviews https://www.visajourney.com/reviews/index.php?cnty=Egypt

5. Also, visit the VJ sub-forum for your region where you can ask questions specific to your country https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/97-middle-east-and-north-africa/

Normally I would have a P3 letter from your country but yours I do not have. Others have shared with me their P3's which I used to pass on those who come behind you just like I have tried here with you. If you do get a copy, could you share it with me. Just PM me here on VJ with a scanned copy. Thanks.

Hi Celie,

Thank you so much this is a great information I understand now how everything work. I have one more question, Do I have to let the embassy in my country that she will do the vaccines in USA?

Embassy doesn't need to know but the ppl at the medical exam...

Agreed. She should bring the proof of all the vaccinations she already has to her medical and tell the doctor shes pregnant. He can administer the ones that are pregnancy safe and notate the rest will be performed at a later date. Keep in mind, these will have to be done for AOS regardless and they will most likely be more expensive in the US.

Unless anyone in your family is a dependant of yours, your family size will be two.

Well I don't think anyone with February NOA2 has made it that far. Last I checked, I think the latest NOA2 sent to the Embassy was a January 30th. I think this week we're gonna see a ton of 1Feb and maybe a few 2-3 Feb make it to NVC. I think anyone who makes it there before Wednesday, having their case numbers assigned by end of day Thursday, will probably make the shipment on the 5th. This should be the first February NOA2s to ship out. I'm a 6 Feb NOA2 but I'm going to be calling everyday around 7pm this week, just to see if I'm lucky and weasel my way in to this shipment 😂😂

That person was more an exception than a rule :)

There're still cases from January 18th-30th waiting to be shipped this month. I don't mean to ruin the mood but I'd be mentally preparing for March 19th starting this week. If someone gets lucky to be included on the 5th, then it definitely deserves to be celebrated :D The last time on 19th they weren't as generous and cut off 90% of cases which were processed the week before shipment.

Well there are 6 people from that week, so I wouldn't say it's an exception, it's just that they just started late last week. just over 50 percent of people from the prior week have updated received and with numbers assigned. Historically it caps at around 65 percent, so it's safe to say they're about done with that week. This week should primarily be 28jan to 1 Feb people getting there, with a few from the prior week mixed in.

Can you show me where you see this stats? For some reason, what I saw for 19th shipment were cases received on up to 8th of February with 12th being an exception. 8th was not the week before shipment that's why 50% of the week starting from 11th of February doesn't make sense. Maybe I was just looking too early before everyone updated.

use the timeline search tool and set the dates to 20 to 26th, k1, csc, detailed, 100 results. last I checked there were 23 updated out of 44. changing it to 27 to 2 shows 6 out of around 60. remember to extend the dates for Sunday through Saturday everytime, cause for some reason the tool has a "buffer", so setting it to Monday through Friday actually only shows Tuesday through Thursday.

edit: oh and buy setting dates, I mean the I-129f noa2 section.

As we all sit and wait.... I've just finished what is probably my 10th call to the NVC to find out they still haven't received my approved petition (WAC approved 2/1).  My confidence level throughout the process has been very low.  We submitted the petition in July and have had no requests for additional information but it still took until 2/1/19 to receive NOA2.  We have had everything completed since October other than the medical visit and payment for the visa processing ($265).  At first we were worried that the police certificate would "time out" but we later learned it was good for 12 months.  Now I'm just hoping that the 134 doesn't have a "time out" period as well.  I have updated a letter of intent dated 2/19 because I saw where that might be an issue.

I do have a few things I'm still unsure of:

1. As soon as the NVC generates a case number, can we go ahead and schedule the medical visit?  Can we go ahead and schedule the embassy visit?  I've walked through the steps for the medical exam via email with the second option for locations and it seemed as though it would go very quickly.  They were ready to schedule the next day but needed the case number.  I also went on the website to schedule the embassy visit and noticed where the first available slot was only two days away.  This was encouraging but it made me wonder if I should schedule as soon as I received the case number or if I should wait?  NVC advises to wait until you've received a hard copy notification from the embassy but it seems all of their advice is ultra conservative as far as timelines etc. so I'm not sure if I put a lot of confidence in that requirement. Please give advice.

2. It seems an unusually long time 2/1 -2/25 for the NVC to have still not received our case.  Last week NVC suggested I call USCIS back to check.  My first attendant said the system showed it had not been sent out yet and transferred me to a supervisor.  The supervisor said that this was unusual but not uncommon and put in a service request to check to see why it was not showing as having been sent to the NVC.  That afternoon I received an email back essentially just stating that it was "in transit".  As you can imagine, my confidence level is not very high as far as knowing that my petition isn't sitting in some dusty corner somewhere at the California service center, with my uncertainty growing each time I call the NVC only to hear they haven't received...

3.  Vaccinations - Iryna has one vaccination that she still needs.  Obviously we have several options here, one is to get before the medical exam, one is to get at the medical exam, and the last to get once in the US.  Does anyone have any advice here?
