That surprises me.  Case number 3/1?  I wonder what the cut off is for inclusion?  Regardless, it seems we're certainly in the early stages for the next.

You are certain yours was not included?  I'm wondering if it could be a system information update issue?

Cut off is either Wednesday or Thursday of the week prior to shipping date

It's based on when your case number is assigned. Nothing moves after NOA2 till the file is assigned a case number from NVC. They ship some on Wednesday. China is all electronically sent and goes at anytime.

Jamaica said they are electronically rec'd also ..

Yea I'm hoping. we have until next Wednesday to receive case number to make the March 19th shipment.

Ah didn’t think about that. I think We should be good. If late January people got in the March 5 shipment then i dont see how we would miss 19th. I’m leaving on vacation this upcoming Friday. Finally meeting up with the fiancé. Haven’t seen her in 3 months. So I’ll just check back when i get back. Then from what I’ve read. Medical and interview appointments are not bad in Kiev. So if all goes as it should she could be here early to mid April. Crazy because i didnt Expect to get Noa2 until later or early April.

I am leaving today as well to visit my fiance in Ukraine. March 8th I had to be there. LOL.  going for 2.5 weeks and will help her prepare all the documents and do medical while I am there. Our shipment didn't make it yesterday so it will be 19. If all goes well then all she has to do is schedule appointment and do the interview. when the status is ready. Interview should be around the first week of April and lets hope if all goes well she should be here in May.

For those of you who have already paid the MRV fee for the DS-160 did you have to register and print your fee paper online before your fiancé could take it to a bank to pay? I’m trying to do that but it’s asking me for an IV case ID and I tried my NVC case number and my invoice ID number but nothing seems to work for that. Do you know what the IV case ID is?

Normally it takes 24 hours for the before the bank update the Embassy. You may want to try the confirmation number found on the DS-160. Some are saying that is what they have used.

I finished this step last week, yes it’s the confirmation number off the 160. Also I’d say it takes 24-36 hours for the payment to show so you can associate the 160 number with the payment receipt number.

We haven’t actually made the payment. From my understanding once you do make the payment it can take up to 24 hours to show up that you paid. But my problem is occurring before thisndtep. for the egypt consulate you have to use the online applicant system on ustraveldocs to create a profile and print out a paper with the $265 visa fee that my fiancé can then take to the bank and pay the fee. The online applicant system is asking me for an IV case ID number to get this but I’m not sure what that number is. I tried NVC case number, invoice ID, and DS-160 confirmation # (ended up being the same number as my application ID). None of these were recognized by the system. I only submitted the 160 yesterday would it take time between the submission and when I can sign up to make the payment? Sorry if my question is convoluted

We simply printed the bank form. There were no automated data entry requirements. It was a static pdf document

Thanks for the  update. Some will update in 4 hours. So your window does make sense for others.

We have the same issue with Lebanon. I think we have to wait for it to be on "Ready" before we can pay.
