I130 form part 5- WHich city?

Hi, I have a question regarding part 5 of the form I130. It says: Have you EVER previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien?

The answer is YES (because I petitioned my sister months ago), but not sure what to write where in the "city and result' box'?

Are they asking about the place where my sister is currently living? or the place where I am living or do they need to know the place where I sent that form for my sister in the past???

It is very confusing!

 

I am planning to type 'pending' on the box where they ask about the result of that petition because the case hasn't been approved or denied yet. 

 

Please let me know your thoughts about it. I would really appreciate your help.
