If sufficient earnings through self-employment are shown on the sponsor's tax return, would there be any need to include a statement from a bank regarding savings?

In most cases, No... check your Embassy section to be certain (some can vary on what they require). :thumbs:

No, but I recommend getting tax transcripts for past 3 years, they are free, and prove the numbers on the 1040.

I've notice on the website for the London embassy it asks for two or more from a list of proofs and going by that we only have one. I'm clutching at straws because I just received the completed I-134 today and the bank info is from an online statement, not from an officer of the bank as stated on the guidlines.

No, but I recommend getting tax transcripts for past 3 years, they are free, and prove the numbers on the 1040.

Well we do have 3 years worth but as you said, they're looking for two different pieces of evidence.

5/17/07: Arrives at Bogota, Colombia

5/18/07: Packet 3 faxed to Embassy

5/22/07: Packet 3 sent via courier

5/30/07: Wendy receives packet 3 (Good thing we used the shortcut)

6/04/07: Packet 4 received

7/03/07: Medical appt. scheduled

7/05/07: Interview!!!! VISA APPROVED!!!!!!!

7/09/07: Visa in hand!!!

7/11/07: Point of Entry at LAX, complete success!!!!!!!!!!

7/24/07: Married!!!

08/02/07: Arrives at Chicago

It just says "salary paid" under B, #2.

I'm paid hourly so my letter of employment states my hourly wage, full time status, and hire date.
