If sufficient earnings through self-employment are shown on the sponsor's tax return, would there be any need to include a statement from a bank regarding savings?

In most cases, No... check your Embassy section to be certain (some can vary on what they require).

No, but I recommend getting tax transcripts for past 3 years, they are free, and prove the numbers on the 1040.

Most want at least 2 different financial income evidence.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I've notice on the website for the London embassy it asks for two or more from a list of proofs and going by that we only have one. I'm clutching at straws because I just received the completed I-134 today and the bank info is from an online statement, not from an officer of the bank as stated on the guidlines.

Well we do have 3 years worth but as you said, they're looking for two different pieces of evidence.

Annual would be nice if they'll do it for you - otherwise however they write it (even hourly).

It just says "salary paid" under B, #2.

I'm paid hourly so my letter of employment states my hourly wage, full time status, and hire date.
