I-130 petition in Juarez Mexico at NVC status

Submitted I-130 petition November 2017

Received Notice of approval May 2018

Paid fees and submitted docs and criminal background history on September 2018. My status with NVC shows “at NVC”.

Anyone else around my timeline. Any idea on interview date. December marked the 90 days we were told the interview would be scheduled in.

adrain89, i filed around the same time.... case was completed with NVC back in early NOV....waiting on interview date.

My case was completed in October 2018 and my status also shows "At NVC".

Keep us updated of when it changes to "In Transit".

I just got off the phone with NVC and the agent mentioned that they are still scheduling interviews from June 2018.

Hey guys my case was complete on june 2018 and im still waiting for appoinment 🙄 waiting is endlessly 😏 good luck to you all 🙂
