I don't know why I'm unable to send them emails before it wasn't like that and then what was the reason of the call which my husband received last week from embassy and then status changed from AP to ready and then again to AP same day.

Chances are you’ll have your visa issued soon. However there have been cases where people did need to get multiple medical exams and still were on administrative processing.

Hello, My wife had her interview on Jan 7th 2019. I had gone to the interview with her and after the interview was handed a white paper requesting more documents. On the white paper it said to submit via ceac website which I did that day. On visa journey and other places it says to submit via mail. My wife's current status shows refused and am confused on what  I should do.  If anybody knows please help!

No need to worry. If they told you to submit through CEAC then thats all you need to do. Whats your last update date? Refused is normal - it only means that they need to review your documents which they haven't done yet.

The last update was Jan 30th but I believe that is because I called the NVC asking for an update. They told me its under AP and they don't know anything else. They said once we send it to the embassy then they would have the answers and to inquire with them.

Thank you for writing to our office. Your immigrant visa case has been refused under INA Section 221(g) for administrative processing, an integral part of the visa adjudication and issuance process that can neither be expedited nor waived. Unfortunately, it is difficult to predict the amount of time the processing will take and timing varies based on the individual circumstances of each case. The visa application will be reconsidered when administrative processing is complete.  Please be assured that we are aware of your concerns and will process the application to completion as quickly as possible, in accordance with U.S. laws. We recognize that this process can be frustrating for applicants and regret any inconvenience.  Sincerely,  Immigrant Visa Unit  Consular Section  U.S. Embassy, Islamabad

I have emailed the embassy twice but have not received any response. Not even a confirmation that they have received my inquiry. I am not sure if I am emailing them correctly or not. I am using this website https://pk.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visa-inquiries/  but not receiving any response. Can someone please help me fill this out or send an example as you are getting a response from them. I would like to see if I am making a mistake somewhere I would like to ask the embassy if they have received my documents via ceac website and a status check. It is still on refused and has been a month since the interview.
