delay in forwarding my case to nvc

I received my noa2 on dec 4 2018, the noticed stated the case would forward to nvc and to call them for further details. I called after Christmas and continued calling twice a week for almost month, same answer they didnt recieve my case.at 6 weeks I submitted a request to locate the case I also spoke with uscis tier 2 officer on Jan 16. they filed a similar case inquiry. 

 

nvc response was they didnt recieve and would with uscis to resolve the issue.

tier 2 told me to wait 90 days and call back if no response was from inquiry

uscis inquiry stated the case is 

On 01/16/2019, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your I-129F to notify us about a follow-up on your notice. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved:

We have requested your file for review.  Please allow 30 days for review.  We will inform you if the documentary evidence submitted with your petition supports, or does not support, your request.

 

 

what is this about after we were approved,? what can I do other then call again?anyone else have this issue or response  what was the outcome thanks for reading and helping, getting so frustrated

Hello, there was another thread like this as well. We also endured a huge delay. Noa2 November 21 and finally got to NVC on January 17. Contact your senator and congressional offices. They helped me move my case. They have direct access to call the service center. They quoted me to wait 90 days as well. Just a stall tactic. Good luck.
