Biometrics NOA sent to physical address or mailing address?

i submitted form I-90 to renew my green card. my mailing address is in CT but i am on a short-time assignment in La Vegas which is my physical address. Q where does USCIS send my NOA for Biometrics? and can i do it in Vegas instead of traveling back to CT?

They send it to your mailing address 

 

They schedule it at a location referenced to your mailing address.

 

As to reschedule we were unable to do that awhile back but it really depends on the location.  Some can, some cannot.

Thanks for the replies. Since the USCIS will send NOA for Biometrics to the mailing address why do they ask for Physical address on the new form I-90?
