Not sure under what circumstances you are filing the I-360.

~Amerasian (born to a US father in Asian countries during specific years)

~Widow/Widower of a USC when married for more than 2 years and you are not remarried

~Abused spouse or child of a USC or LPR

~Special Immigrant juvenile

~Special immigrant religious worker

~Special immigrant international organization employee or family memeber

~Special immigrant based on employment with the Panama Canal Company, Canal Zone Government or U.S. Government in the Canal Zone

~Special immigrant physician

~Armed forces member

I noticed you had filed your I-485 not sure if this puts you in the Widow/Widower category... in that case you should have filed the I-360 with your I-485. Each different circumstance is filed differently. You will need to provide more information if you want more from us.

For some of the reasons above you would file in Nebraska which is working on Nov. 13, 2006. I am not sure why they transferred you to CSC. Could be that you filed in the wrong place to begin with. Just because it says a certain date on there doesn't not mean that it's entirely accurate for everyone. We just had someone in the March filers for AOS that was approved and it says they are working on Nov files now.

Well you filed in the correct location. Like I said before I have no idea what the normal processing times are for your application. Did you attend an infopass appt or call the hotline or on your NOA did it state that normal processing times are 6 months??
