Please help me

Hello everyone, 

 

I had the interview on 01/16/2019 they refused his visa with 221 g form and told him to get a new joint sponsor and upload the documents on ceac.state.gov website. But if we try to add the documents to the website they are getting uploaded on behalf of the previous joint sponsor (Rejected). It is not giving us the option to add the new joint sponsor. I heard they will give us the option to do that but i'm not sure if thats correct. 

 

NOTE: Our case is filled electronically so we can not email any documents to the embassy. Everything has to be uploaded onto the website. 

  ONE JOINT SPONSOR WHICH GOT REJECTED.  I DO NOT HAVE ANY OPTION TO UPLOAD

Pls I will advice you to call them directly or email them about that problems, but don't forget to add your case number as a reference for them to understand the content very well .Good luck.

mine was the same thing and i sent a email and they conformed that they saw them and thats fine
