Check on your embassies website for updated news. Vietnam will reopen June 1st with limited services, no mention altho about visa interviews starting up.

 I think each country will have different reopen and starting dates depending on the virus situation of the country

Hello!!    So just as an update we just got our petitions approved! We received NOA 2 last week.  You should be also fine as our receipt number still not appearing in case status.

hi,we are same situation,i have reciept number started at IOE,september 9 my husband recieved first NOA indicated the reciept number and the online access code of uscis,then another NOA seotember 12 its about the payment information,june 4 my husband recieve a notice that he need to submit the proof of evidence documents,kindly informed us how long the approval of my visa,thanks
