Recent CRBA experience in India please!

We are planning to present our CRBA related documents (for our daughter born here in India) during the early part of Feb 2019 at Chennai Consulate. I would really appreciate if anyone could relate their recent experience for CRBA.

Here are some specific questions I am wondering

1. Besides the documents listed on the consulate site, were there anything else that was inquired

2. Was there DNA testing involved and if yes, wondering what is the process

3. How long did this process take? 

4. Is CRBA approved/rejected at the counter?
