I am married to an Brazilian, and oviously I want her to come to the U.S. Someone told me today that you can't mail in the forms. Maybe only electronical filing? I had never heard anything like this before. Right has I have everything ready to send someone has to drop a bomb. So is this true? Also if I hire a lawyer will the precessing time be cut at all? I'm very curious about everything any info would help. THNX

The I-130 and G325a for your spouse CANNOT be filed online. You mail them in along with all supporting documentation. See the guides for more details.

No, hiring a lawyer won't speed up the processing time but it might slow it down.

You posted this in the K1 fiance visa forum. A moderator will probably move it to the correct forum soon.
