And you realise that you left out a single document!  D'oh! 

 

Moving and doing immigration paperwork at the same time has caused chaos in this household.  Our package was sent off a while ago.  

I just moved a box and found a second copy of my birth certificate.     Furious flipping and moving things around until I found my checklist and realised it was the one which was meant to be in with my i-485 (there's a copy with the i-130).

 

Here's hoping it doesn't cause any delays or anything.

Anyone else made silly mis-steps like that and had it turn out OK?   I'm totally kicking myself so hard right now!

We forgot to send the W2 with our tax returns for AOS. Got an RFE, sent the W2 a few days after and got a notification a few days later that it was received. Status changed to 'ready for interview' about 2 days later.
