Hello curious if they are using the new guidelines? We met 125% for  the 2018 guidelines with my 2017 returns but with the new one we are at 115% using my 2017 tax return. I am getting paid more now and my new tax return will be well over 125% for AOS but just wanted to make sure this will be okay for K1 Visa approval. I gave my fiance my pay stubs for 6 months and a note from work reflecting the increase in pay. Thanks everyone. He has his interview tomorrow I'm so excited. 😍😍😍

As long as you make at least 125% of the poverty guideline, you should be good. They are interested in your current income at the K1 interview. Pay stubs are the best way to prove your current income, so you'll be good on that one.
