My case is outside current processing time

I sent my AOS application to Chicago, I am residing in Philadelphia, I have in 2005 applied for EAD and have recieved my work authorisation January 2006, I applied for AOS 15th september 2006 and get a notice 21 september, since then I have not been scheduled for biometrics uptil now. I have called on the 15th of April 2007 and was told within 45 days I will be contacted, and uptill now nothing have been sent to me, I have scheduled and infopass appointment and was told that they are only waiting for my background check. Uptill now nothing have been heard or seen as regards this application. I cam here on a K3 visa which will expire on the 27th of September 2007.
