I'm bring in the regular stuff + Chats from 10/2017, 4/2018, 10/2018, and Feb 2018 (when ready)- Each month is about 250 pages.

I don't want to take any chances as this is my 3rd K1 and marriage.

They are interviewing her, not auditing the evidence.  This is not the IRS.

FYI, my third as well.  She is bringing three pieces of paper to demonstrate our call log.

YMMV

I asked them if they really thought an officer would go through every single page in a file the same weight as a newborn baby, but it was too late as they had already sent it and were wondering why it was taking "so long" to hear back. My husband didn't even send any extra paperwork! So many people in that group I'm in, encourage sending hundreds of chat pages per month. I try to advise against sending that much but.. Oh well.

They need to understand the different roles of the different agencies.  USCIS only needs proof that you met within 2 years, that the petitioner is an LPR or USC and that both are legally free to marry.  That is all USCIS needs to approve the petition.  NVC and Consular Services have their own needs and the proof of ongoing relationship is something for the interview, not before.  I feel bad how stressed out people get about the petition.  I was one of them way back when.  Now I understand better and quality will always win over quantity.

uffff rolling bag full of evidence .. gosh :)

Try to understand:

1. Chat transcript doesn't mean anything. That means you talk. All you need is show continuous communication. I would suggest 5 - 10 pages of chat to the max for the whole time.

2. No one will bother to read that long transcript

Too Much of anything is not good. Have a combination of multiple types of evidence showing your relationship

She will spend 5 minutes at the window.   Half that time will be discussion.  Give her quality evidence that can be presented in one minute or less

YMMV

In my limited experience there does seem to be a point of diminishing return.  Too much information can raise as many red flags as they are trying to prevent.  Chats are just printed pages of words.  There is no way to verify that any of those conversations actually happened.

You misread that the OP did not say 250pages total but 250 pages for every month.

Do away with the chat pages because they will not be looked at at all with even 45 pages. Pictures, receipts and maybe 5-10 pages of chats if you really want to bring them.

God bless America, he's gonna need to go harvest a tree right quick lol

my fav. comedian kathleen Madigan does this bit of joke about "how her lawyer father says too many people are in jail because they just can't shut up". She is hilarious

coming back to the topic, agreed with you. If you have too much information that may raise some flags :)

Can I bring a small rolling bag into the embassy? We are bringing ALOT of paperwork with us

Why so much paperwork?   Documents for evidence don't take up that much space.    You need copies of your most recent tax return, W2 & I-134 (and the embassy most likely won't ask this stuff), you need relationship evidence - just a page or two from every month if you chatted, FB or whatever, then 4 -6 pictures of the two of you, CENOMAR, BIRTH CERTIFICATE, NBI (+foreign police certificate if you lived in a foreign country) .  That is about as exciting as it gets.  And of course a copy of your DS-160 confirmation and you original deposit receipt for the visa payment at BPI.     That is it...

If you want to bring a rolling file cabinet I guess you can, just no electronics of any type.

one or two pages from each month ... not all.   Trust me they may only ask to see a couple pictures and not want to see any of your hundreds of pages of chats.
