My fiancee just received her packet 3 after I emailed the embassy asking why they had not contacted her in a month! They gave her over 15 pages worth of stuff to fill out. One of the pages was for applying for an interview. I just checked the dates they have available and it's gonna be on July 31st! This is a full 4 days after the 129-f has expired. What is the process for arranging for an interview? Doesn't she fill the forms then they contact her? Or does it have to be done online? If there are others who have gone through Nairobi embassy, please let us know the process. It seems weird that an interview can only be arranged a full 3 months after receiving the information from NVC.
