JANUARY / FEBRUARY 2019 ARGENTINA K1 INTERVIEWS

We got our P3 instructions today.  I am attaching the instructions in case they have been updated.  I am including the P3, medical, etc.

IV Delivery of an approved Immigrant Visa case.pdf

K1 K3 Instructions packet.pdf

Med Exam Instructions (0419).pdf

Police Certificate Requirements.pdf

Now, question.  Can these documents remain here or should I remove some to avoid legal issues?

Also, can I go ahead and use the https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ar/iv website to schedule the interview far away enough to do what I need to do (we have most of P3 ready anyways) or do I have to wait to get to step 16?

Good news!

I don’t understand your first question.

And yes, you can schedule the interview now. Let everyone know what available dates you see

Well, I attached all the documents I received with the instructions, but I haven't seen other users in VJ that attach all these documents, only the P3.  I just did not want any legal consequences if I am divulging any classified documentation by posting the other documents I posted in the previous post.

Thank you!  I will!

Nono is fine. Is general information. I don’t think is a problem.

For those of you that were waiting on my status and possible interview dates:

We completed the DS-160 today and scheduled the interview for June 6th at 10:30AM.  It was the only date available.  None for June or July available.  It might be a crunch, we don't even know if we can get the police certificate on time, but we thought it was worth holding the spot and then re-checking until we find one that is more comfortable (or we might get lucky and have everything).  We are planning on emailing the embassy today to let them know that the 6th might be tight because the police certificate appointment is not until May 24th, a day after the date we are supposed to have the P3 at the embassy.  So, we will keep you posted.

For the DS-160, be aware that having the worksheet pre-filled and using it for the actual form is better.  The website "kicks you out" after a few minutes and asks you to re-enter a captcha.  You don't lose the information, but it can be annoying.  We were using our worksheet and it still did it, so I can't imagine what it would be like if we didn't have the worksheet.  Now, pay attention to the questions you are filling out.  There is a question about vaccinations in the middle of all the other criminal questions, which needs to be answered as "YES" in the middle of all the "NO"s.  Just FYI.

For the registration and appointment, I don't know if this makes a difference.  But, when we went to the website for registering my fiance to schedule the appointment we did it in Spanish in case this affects how they assume to address the interview.  Again, from previous posts, we know you can politely ask them to switch languages, but we figured might as well help it along the way. :)

Also, FYI, Dra. Grillo's phone number on the latest P3 is wrong, my fiance wrote the number and it was someone else.  So, we emailed her.  If anyone has the correct number, please let us know.  Thanks!

We will be posting this in the other thread as well.

Thanks!

My fiance has been using WhatsApp to schedule things with Dra. Grillo. He says that her number is +54 9 11 5313-3692

Thank you so much for the update. It seems pretty unpredictable which interview dates will be available at whatever moment a person goes to book!

Thanks for the updated number.  My fiance will try that one tomorrow.

Yes, it is all over the place.  We took that one as a placeholder.  But, emailed the embassy and are checking constantly to see if we get another one.
