In the instructions says you have to, don't make my misstake of missing a paper you have and get your visa approval delayed because of "administrative processing" 😅

@Fe.Ta you're good as @andreaam saied, to be eligible to start a K1 process you have had meet in person at least once in 2 years, so you're good to go. If I were you, I would add as much communication types (chats, facetimes, skype, socialmedia innteractions) as posible. If you also have or had at any time communications with your fiance family or any friend or family member as well as your fiance with your family, add it too, western union receipts, letters, presents as well. This is a suggestion just in case you don't have much pictures together. Then in Argentina the U.S Embassy is great, they treat me with respect, professionalism and with a smile. I was worried as well when I was looking for interview experiences, but Argentina is not a threat or a drug red flag country as other Latin American Nations.

Great, thank you!

I read in other posts that the Western Union receipts could cause a red flag, especially if it is a woman sending money to a man.  However, these posts were for countries that are not Argentina.  Any input about this?  Our quantities have not been super large (none exceed the $1,000 mark) and they have not been on a monthly basis, etc.  So, just trying to figure out whether or not to add this.  I don't want to add a red flag that I don't need.

I don't know about money receipts because we never sent money to each other.

But in the instructions packet said this: EVIDENCE OF RELATIONSHIP: We prefer to see many photos of the petitioner and the beneficiary at varying times throughout their life or  relationship. Receipts of money sent from the petitioner to the beneficiary is also good proof of relationship, as well as cards and letters with the original post marked envelopes, and
phone records.

Sorry for not having a better answer! That's what I know

@Fe.Ta the western union receipt is a red flag if your fiance works and you send big ammounts of money. That may look wired if the beneficiary has enough money to mantain him/herself or his/her family. If the beneficiary is unemployed western union transfers work as proof you can mantain the beneficiary and your relationship is bonafide, because you will not send money every month to a stranger.

Also if I'm not misstaken, read the k3 packet instructions,I think it mentiones money transfers as an example of proof of relationship.

@andreaam thanks to add that! A new peep mentioned it was not necessary and I was convinced it was a must to add NOA1 & NOA2.

Sorry for the missleading info 😯

Hi! We are about to send the form  I-129F, we added a few money transfers my boyfriend sent to me and to my mom (she was helping him with one of my surprise birthday gifts). I added 5 total. Is that a lot? I mean, could it be considered a red flag?

Did the embassy sent you the case number? If you have it then you are ready to star gathering Packet 3 documents, fill DS 160 and schedule the interview

Did they send you the K1 K3 instructions pdf through email?
