Sorry, I was out some days on the beach. Yes that is what I will do. I have a folder with all the origonals and a replica with the copies. Will have my folder with originals on the interview just in case 😊

Well I'm having a problem with two of the documents and one doubt.

How did you get your police certificate with the added annotation of the art. 51? My beneficiary just got his and it doesn't seem to include it even though he asked for it when he appeared physically at the police branch in his city.

I´m from Buenos Aires Province, so I went to Lomas de Zamora RNR where I live. Once I was there, I asked for a certificate with the art 51 excemption, and explained I needed it for an immigrant visa for the US Embassy. So they told me to mention it when the RNR representative took my biometrics and do the police clearance record.

How did you get the acta de nacimiento (the instructions specify that it is NOT the birth certificate) and how long did it take?
I added my birth Certificate actually. The same certificate I have already presented on the I129F Form, so my certificate is translated and apostille because of this. My Certificate is very old, the acta de nacimiento is the same thing as birth certificate, in Argentina if you don´t have the one your parents got whem you were born, the province has a book with every birth, so you can go to your "Municipalidad" or town where you was born and ask for a copy of the page on this "Acta" or book.
If you do not have it, to get one takes depending on how much you are gonna pay. If you want it the same day costs more or you can choose a regular option that takes 3 to 7 business days (but this is for Buenos Aires, if the beneficiary is from another province this time frames may vary)

The appointment we make on the https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ar/iv website, is that the actual visa interview we're making the appointment for or is it just for the biometrics/fingerprints and then they'll give us the actual appointment date after that is completed?

Is the actual interview date, I will have mine next thursday 21st. I belive biometrics are done the same day of the interview but not sure, will check it out and let you know coz´I´m not sure right now.

Sorry for the delay I was on the beach a couple of days with my family. Hope this helps you out.

A question about the POLICE CERTIFICATE,

Can I ask for it in any police station  or only in “Registro Nacional de Reincidencia” of the Federal Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (Tucumán 1353, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires)???

I'm from Córdoba and I don't know if I have to travel to get it or if I can get it here requesting “con excepción al artículo 51 del Código Penal”
Thanks in advance!

I´m not sure if you have to travel for that. It will be better if you call the Registro Nacional de Reincidencia for your specific case, I believe you should be able to do it in Cordoba as well, please make sure you mention to the RNR representative to do it with excemption on the 51 cod. and explain you need it for the US Embassy for an immigrant k1 visa.

It will go nice and quick probably! Nothing to worry about :D

The only "problems" we had were with the options really when creating an account to pay and book the appointment. She wasn't sure of some options but it ended up working out.

Hey there I saw you booked your interview for the 29th of April at 10:30am.

Thing is, I also booked it for that day.

Can multiple different interviews be booked for the same time and day?

If not, then this is very confusing.

It shouldn't be a problem really. I've read people's experiences and they've mentioned that other couples were interviewing while they were waiting.

Ah okay, sorry for the worry!

Now I have another question for those that have already gotten approved or turned in their P3, did you drop off the P3 at the embassy?

And if so, how long did it take for the embassy to attach the P3 to your case? Like as in they officially received and reviewed the P3?

I will send my Packet 3 tomorrow in person because I want to make sure they get it no problem, but you can use any currier as well.

As far as I know, they attach your packet 3 with the rest of the documents after the interview and they mail it to the beneficiary.

Oh I see!

When is your appointment date?

Also once you drop it off in person, can you please let us know how long it takes them to have actually received it in reference to your visa?

My appointment date is March 21st, next Thursday :D
My fiance and I feel so great to be able to complete this packet 3 and send it finally!, I´m nervous for the interview because I don´t know what to expect.

I will need to send it the day after tomorrow because I need a biger folder and find a good envelope to use. Sorry, I´m not sure If I understood your question, You want me to ask them how long it takes to receive the packet 3?

Congrats!

I'll keep that in mind about getting a sufficiently large envelope!

And yeah, I don't know how to describe it but I mean you go drop it off at the embassy and I'm wanting to know how long it takes them to progress the P3 to make sure it's been properly reviewed and ready in time for the interview.

About Affidavit of support, you sent the copies on Packet 3 and then you will bring the original with you to the interview?? or you only will bring originals of birth certificate??

I just don't understand if I have to bring another copy of something I have it on files on a computer. It doesn´t exist anything original or copy because all are digitalized

About proof of relationship, is more photos about us together (the ones we sent in the first packet) or photos between NOA1 and NOA2??

I hope I'm explaining myself
