I’m happy to hear this, on Tuesday 😊

Check by tomorrow and see what happens.  If not, definitely contact the embassy and check just to be safe.  But, everything should work out fine.

We enjoy the sun, but we don't love the heat!  Haha!  My husband (beneficiary) dislikes it the most, but he says he feels blessed to have A/C, which is more comfortable than sustaining the summer in Argentina without A/C! :) Having Disney and a lot of tourists things to do is definitely worth the heat though! :)

You can go to their webpage

http://www.dnrec.jus.gov.ar/GestionUsu/NuevaGestion.aspx?tipo=reclamo

Go to "Reclamo - Tramitacion" then go to "El tramite no fue entregado con excepcion al articulo ..."

And then follow the steps.

They ask for a picture of your DNI and your personal information.

This is "technically" an approval because the only thing stopping you is the expired medical.  But, you must do so as soon as possible to complete the process.  Any delays could potentially influence a final decision as well.  Additionally, this is only an assumption on my part.  None of us can say for a fact that it is approved or denied because that depends on the officer.

Ok he asked me to sent them back the passport after I’m done with the medical exam. He told me everything Is ok that’s why i guess “technically” is an approval too. I hope so jajaja

Yes, that's what I would think too.  My husband was given those papers (as far as knowing your rights as an immigrant and abuse) after his approval.

Make sure you get all proper vaccines.  It is flu season here, so it is now required for you because of the season.  Don't let Grillo tell you is voluntary or "you can do it in the U.S".  She caused all sorts of trouble for us because of that (among other things).
