Where is AOS + EAD/AP processed ?

Hello everyone,

 

I'm confused on where the AOS gets processed, and EAD/Advance Parole. I know that I would have to send AOS packet to USCIS PO Box 805887 Chicago, IL 60680-4120.

 

Does the packet get forwarded to my local USCIS office? Mine would be Mount Laurel, NJ.

 

Or does only Advance Parole and EAD get processed at my local office and the AOS packet is processed elsewhere.

 

I'm just trying to figure out how to look at the processing times for EAD/AP.

USCIS service centers process the applications.  When the I-485 is approved for interview it then goes to the local office.  USCIS service center handles the I-131/I765 entirely through decision

National benefits center does EAD/AP, local office does I-485 after everything is complete and you're ready for interview
