7/27/20: Sent forms to Dallas lockbox, 7/30/20: Received by USCIS, 8/10 NOA1 electronic notification received, 8/1/ NOA1 hard copy received

AOS:

AOS (I-485 + I-131 + I-765):

9/25/17: sent forms to Chicago, 9/27/17: received by USCIS, 10/4/17: NOA1 electronic notification received, 10/10/17: NOA1 hard copy received. Social Security card being issued in married name (3rd attempt!)

10/14/17: Biometrics appointment notice received, 10/25/17: Biometrics

1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

K-1:

12/1/16: sent, 12/14/16: NOA1 hard copy received, 3/10/17: RFE (IMB verification), 3/22/17: RFE response received

5/1/2017: Case received by Manila (1 week embassy transfer??? Lucky~)

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE

Ok thanks, so both the packets received from US consulate, is to be handed over at CBP point ?

You will only receive one packet/envelope (DO NOT OPEN) i'm not sure what the other packet you're talking about.?

You will have to wait and wait. I understand. We had already scheduled our marriage and imagine our emotions are running. We planned our wedding in Hawaii and we are  just not going to make it. Next Monday is our wedding. It still shows READY in our side also, and we submitted it on the 25th, They acknowledged it on the 26th and We cancelled her flight last Saturday as she did not get her passport. She was there at the NVC sitting from morning till evening thinking she will get it and to fly out. But, that;s it she came home with tears.

Untill you see non immigrant status instead of ready, nothing is going to happen.. I would suggest you not to check it every 15 minutes as it’s gonna drain all positive energy out of you. Go play some sports and do something positive. If they have her passport you will get the visa!! Just wait and watch comedy movies and laugh!!

Thanks Amar. Yes, we don't know. We will wait as we have no idea they might be backlogged also. We are rushing based on our urgency. But, they have to do their part. I know it's a tough Job for them also. It is just a wait that was already for 18 months and now another 3 months almost 2 years from the time we started the courtship.

I would like to share that if you are leaving India, you may encounter delays. As we all know the India Pakistan trouble has caused no flights over Pakistan airspace. Our flight may be delayed due to this.

Yes probably you are right, I just checked Etihad, it's roughly 2hrs delay reaching Abu Dhabi.
