Does you status show as Issued?? I believe, you can start tracking once it does? That's what the call center told me.

No updates ...It was immigrant this morning and 1 hour later it changed to non immigrant.

My fiance actually got an email from them first letting him know that the passport was ready for pickup. When I checked it yesterday it still said no status
