I mailed about my status and they give response like

"Thank you for your inquiry. 

We are in receipt of your documents and are currently in the process of reviewing them. We will contact you once the same is completed"

That sounds about right! I believe ours started saying "no status" a few weeks after it was submitted.

BTW-- Does anyone know if pickup locations are open on Saturdays? I would think not, but I've been wrong before lol

Yes, it was under immigrant. Still is... just the wording changed on the result

How has everyone been tracking their passports? Ours still says no status update. I would think something is happening. Can't seem to login to our account to see if it says something different

My status shows AP but the changed to NONIMMIGRANT VISA. I hope that's a good thing.

Does you status show as Issued?? I believe, you can start tracking once it does? That's what the call center told me.
