I think this group has mainly k1 applicants & so we won’t be able to give u right info based on cr1. I’m not sure if there’s another group just for cr1 from India , as they would be able to guide you in the right path. As far as why k1 is getting approved quicker than cr1 , only embassy officials would know the exact reason even  if that’s true

I provided a lot of wedding plans. I had receipts for wedding dresses, wedding website through Zola.com, pictures of the venue and an invoice for a wedding date, communication with the flower shop, and a receipt for the wedding cake. I tried to show a timeline of when plans were made.

My fiancé’s Medical was in February & our case is still in AP. How long is the medical good for ? 6 months ?

I believe the expiration date on the medical means that you need to get your visa before that date, or else you'll need to get a new medical.
