Seems like two things that Mumbai consulate is worried abt the most is if the relationship is genuine & if the applicants has got married already ? Do they tell you right away if the visa is approved or does everyone’s goes automatically into AP ?

they told us we are approved but we are in AP since jan 11th.

@AMAR786,at the interview when they ask for photos or communication proof do I have to give them the ones that I hve already sent with my I-129 pkt or just the ones after that ?

They already have that, I saw they had our 129f packet.. they didn’t ask us for any pictures. If your i29f is solid they won’t ask for it. When is your interview and where?

Empty!! Another thing co gave me back my tax papers and kept transcripts.. they want transcripts not tax papers..
