Anyone heard about it and @Greenbaum you think this gonna create any problem for all k1 visa applicants ?

No it is not going to affect any K-1 visa application, In fact they are throwing more personnel at the problem and the personnel are coming from USCIS local offices which they may close some. It's just the government massaging the system to make it better.

Got a message from blue dart courier that visa will be arriving on 21st. They didn’t take my fiancé’s passport when we submitted 221g documents so what’s happening ? On ceac it still says Ready & when I tracked passport it says they recd passport from consulate & are preparing to deliver. @kvalam

This may signify they are sending you the request to submit passport. This is exactly what happened to our other India/USA couple and same happened to us. Just look out for the email or call to go pick up "passport".

Thanks Amar. Ceac still shows ready

I would do the same thing @kvalam did and email/call them for a more direct answer. I don't believe anyone has received a direct "You've Been Approved" message when it comes to 221gs.

I'm hoping we will hear something soon!  Our paperwork was submitted Monday this week. With Holi going on I'm not sure how much that will delay our response.

What time did you try to call? I thought government offices wouldn't be closed during Holi?
