Civil documents and affidavit

Once I submit ds 260 forms 

Then I can upload civil documents and affidavit anytime I mean is there any time limit like ds 260 or no 

Reason asking I am waiting for new tax return which I will get mid to end of March and canadian police certificate only valid for 2 months my pd is 21 dec 2005 

I already send all ds 260 forms 

 

I can upload civil documents and affidavit in April? Would there be any issue ? If I wait till April

no problem but there is a limit, you have 1 year to keep in touch with nvc or they will consider the petition abandoned

 

now if you don't want to wait you can send in the 2017 because 2018 isn't required until after the tax season is over

 

you can take new taxes to the interview if you want, it depends on what the petitioner wants to do

Thx for replying back I dont need to wait for that long its 19th jan already I am planning to send by end of March 2019 

My brother is my petitioner but he doesnt have enough income so I already have a co sponsor instead of asking him twice I would prefer just getting the new one for 2018 that's why I want to wait and as bulletin moving I am guessing my pd will get current anywhere may to aug so they will ask for 2018 taxes that's why and Canadian police certificate only valid for 2 months and back home good for 6 month that's also my reason to send all those thing by end of March 

 

That's why just want to make sure ds260 submitted already but documents and affidavit will be submit by end or March do you think should I be worried about anything ? Cuz its make no sense for me to sending now and March is only 2 months away

Thx I was only confused cuz someone told me ds260 only stay valid for 90 days 

That's why just want to make sure about civil documents and affidavit if 90 days condition goes with those 2 parts too or not
