"G-325A of intending immigrant and U.S citizen spouse"

Not for the USC spouse, just the NON-USC spouse.

I really suggest printing out the guide found here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1k3aos and using it as a checklist for all your items. It will save you from forgetting anything!

Someone is confused. You adjust status after you have been admitted to the US and want to adjust status to that of a legal resident. These have nothing to do with an interview at Manila, and he does not submit the forms...you do. Its your petition but you will need information from him to submit the 485.

I think it may be you The Way it is that is confused. The OP was stating that her husband was getting cranky because he had already submitted some of the forms they are asking for with the I-129F petition and also at the interview they had in manila. The Way It Is is right in the fact that you Pugnacious are filing the forms and fill them with your name and information except for the affidavit of support which your spouse (or other sponser) will fill out.

Good luck
