where to file I-130 I-485 and I-765

Hi,

Here is my situation:

I came to US with B1-B2 visa. I applied for an extension but did not get any answer.

Then I got married with a US citizen. Now we will aplly for the AOS.

in I-130 it says :

NOTE: If the Form I-130 petition is being filed concurrentlywith Form I-485, Application to Register PermanentResidence or Adjust Status, submit both forms at the local USCIS office having jurisdiction over the place where theForm I-485 applicant resides.

in page 3. And I think I can apply for I-765 concurrently with I-485.

So since I live in Denver, does that mean that I will apply to Denver local office of Uscis with all three forms together?

and do you have an idea how much does it take to get a work permit in my situation?

Follow the filing instructions from the I-485..... everything goes to the chicago lockbox.... unless you live in one of the DORA pilot areas, but as you are in CO it would all go in the same packet to Chicago...

Applicants are required to mail applications to a national mailbox (Chicago) as stated on the form (not your local USCIS office). The only case in which you may file at a local office is for the following locations: Dallas District Office, El Paso District Office, and the Oklahoma City Sub Office. EADs usually take around 90 days to be approved after USCIS recieves them.
