NO! If it is marked complete it IS complete at the time of the exam. Nothing else needs to be done.

But it looks like she never got the MMR shots because of insufficient time and was given a waiver.  Should they be done now or don't worry about is as I should be good to go now right?

Nooooooooooooooooooooooo! The DS3025 is valid if marked complete on the day of your exam.

She received a waiver for that day. A CO cannot ask her to get any new vaccines because the medical exam and vaccination requirements were complete on the day she received them. She could not get another MMR booster on the day of her exam and that's fine, she received a waiver. Her waiver was valid then and it's valid now.

It goes by THE day you did your exam. Not when you get you interview. If it was complete on that day, it's complete forever provided you file for AOS on time (1 year).

If USCIS comes up with some other required vaccine between now and our interview, they cannot request us to get it. Why? Because we already have completed the vaccination requirements as they were laid out on the day we did our medical.

If I didnt get the flu shot at my medical exam because it wasnt flu season it doesnt matter if I get interviewed during flu season. They cannot request any new vaccines. My vaccination requirements were fulfilled at my medical exam as because it was not flu season then I didn't need to get it then (i satisfied the requirement). If I filed AOS within one year of that medical exam my medical is valid and my vaccines are current regardless of whether I can get any more to satisfy the vaccination requirements in the moment right now. In the moment right now doesn't count, it's irrelevant, it doesn't matter.

Ok great thanks for your detailed response.  I really appreciate it.  So we should be good to go now and do not need to worry about any more vaccines or filling out the i-693 form.  Still it probably is a good idea to eventually get the MMR vaccine if she has never had it for safety and health reasons right even if it isn't required by the USCIS?

Yes you are fine. Just bring your copy of the DS3025 to the interview.

Still it probably is a good idea to eventually get the MMR vaccine if she has never had it for safety and health reasons right even if it isn't required by the USCIS?

Absolutely!

Remember when you went to the biometrics appointment? Remember sitting in the sea of other immigrants waiting? Well know that the majority of them had probably not had their GC interview yet and therefore had not completed their vaccination requirements. Kind of scary, right?

Concerning her interview? She wont need the MMR booster.

Not sure where you can get MMR but it's pretty routine.

You can even go to a local grocery store pharmacy for an MMR and many other routine vaccines! Your local Costco has offerings, check those; significantly cheaper and you do not need a Costco membership to go to the pharmacy. CVS MinuteClinic offers all CDC vaccinations by definition at a somewhat higher but reasonable price than grocery store/Walgreens/CVS/Walmart pharmacies.

While you got good advice on what you actually need right now, it is absolutely a good idea to get the required booster shots. Your local health department may even do it for free!

Thanks I believe we can get them free anyways since she is on my insurance.  My insurance says, "All the adult vaccines the U.S Centers for Disease Control and PreventionThis link opens in a new window. (CDC) recommends for your age range, health conditions and risk factors are available at no cost to you at a network provider."

Ok thanks. So we should be able to get her green card without the MMR booster just fine then now?  And then after that we can worry about getting her MMR vaccine anytime around hereif I am understanding you correctly.

Check what those initial says about..the big CHECK that its complete is means complete.

You will be fine.

If you ever do want to have another vaccine in the state like MMR,hepaA make sure to bring your the vaccination sheet so that they can compare if your fiance need another vaccine and not .

Absolutely! I had to get booster shots and they were covered by our insurance; just check which pharmacies are in network. Almost every grocery store was for me. Costco doesn't accept insurance, but it's a great alternative for people who don't have insurance in the first place since it's so much cheaper.

I had to go to a walk-in clinic for varicella since pharmacies didn't offer it at the time, and they tried to convince me that my insurance will not cover it and to pay up front. Tell them to bug off because they don't know what they're talking about in that situation. If all immunizations are covered, you're solid.

We have an upcoming AOS Interview and one of the requirements is says we need to bring is Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination.  It says this is optional if it has already been submitted.  We didn't submit this with our AOS packet as we were under the impression that the medical exam she had and the packet she received from that was this.  They took that from her at the POE and we never got it back.  Was that the Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination?  Or is this something else we need to do.  We are so confused.  Thanks.

Again Do not make this complicated.

As you all know Doctors dont just give you a shot.

Theres always a reason that need to cosider before they can give a shots.

Patient age and last time that they got this type of vaccines. Sigh hope you'll stop worrying because it already mark complete you dont have to do the whole medical test like what other comment say.

But if you do want her to get more vaccines that is appropriate to her you are free to do that but always make sure to bring all vaccination record for them to compare.

We were told because it has been over a year since we filed for aos that my husband will need a new medical. Is that not the case? Also, what form should we bring for the doctor to fill out at the medical?

Who said that? See "K or V Nonimmigrants Applying for Adjustment" section: https://www.uscis.gov/policymanual/HTML/PolicyManual-Volume8-PartB-Chapter3.html
