From the link to the USCIS I-864P in my previous post.    $20,575 is the number for 2 people, until USCIS releases a new I-864P for 2019.

I just realized that my stepdaughter has been employed on a full time basis since last August, 2018. She has done some part-time work as a housekeeper and babysitter that she will report on this year return. I feel that now I am more inclined to submit Form I-134 as a co-sponsor. Should my wife also file as a  co-sponsor since we file a joint return?

Use the Poverty Guidelines chart for the I-864P for the required amounts .. it is not a math thing.    USCIS dictates the amounts, not a calculator.
