Mailing Address Help‽‽

My fiancé and I are about to submit our I-129F application and have a question. We both currently live in Indonesia, but I will be moving back to the States in the next month-2 months. I have a mailing address I will use in the States for all official correspondence, however my fiancé does not have a mailing address in Indonesia. Can we simply use my mailing in the States as his mailing address too, as I’m not sure how else to ensure his correspondences are received?

Have you thought about marrying there before you move to the US?  That way, your new spouse will be legal perm resident immediately upon arrival.

K-1
Slightly faster arrival in the US (currently about 3 months sooner)
    More expensive than CR-1
Requires Adjustment of Status after marriage (expensive and requires a lot of paperwork)
Spouse can not leave the US until she/he receives approved Advance Parole (approx 5-6 months)
Spouse can not work until she/he receives EAD (approx 5-6 months)
Some people have had problems with driver licenses, Social Security cards, leases, bank account during this period
Spouse will not receive Green Card for many months after Adjustment of Status is filed.

CR-1
Slightly slower arrival in the US (currently about 3 months later)

    Less expensive than K-1
    No Adjustment of Status(I-485, I-131, I-765) required.
Spouse can immediately travel outside the US
Spouse is authorized to work immediately upon arrival.
Spouse receives Social Security Card and Green Card within 2 or 3 weeks after entering the US
Opening a bank account, getting a driver's license, etc. are very easily accomplished with GC, SS card, and passport.

Spouse has legal permanent Resident status IMMEDIATELY upon entry to US.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Unfortunately we are unable to get married here as (trying to not cause waves) ours will be a ‘non-traditional’ marriage, so to speak. We have to get married somewhere same-sex marriage is legal, and I need to return to the States soon

How come the benneficiary do not have mailing address? use the address where he will stay until visa is approved.

don't forget that there will be questions about where he has lived for the past five years
