Hello all. I am the beneficiary and my visa is in status ISSUED but my passport is still in the Consulate. In my case they included automatically my daughter who is 20 years old, but we didn't think to bring her with me now, because I have to find a job first ant that will probably take more than 4 months. And I thought my daughter has to travel with me, but now I see she could join me up to one year later. So, now I would like to apply for her visa using the same case of mine, since my case is not closed yet.

Is that possible?

Your daughter will join to follow you, right? If so,you can start to fill out  her DS160 and get her medical exam 2 months prior to her interview .But if she'll depart from your country 6 months later after her interview, her visa will expire then.Just tember the visa only has 6 months expiration.

You should inform the USA consulate in your country about your daughter's application, they'll send  you the information and let you know what she should bring to the interview.

Also notice that you and her visa only have 6 months expiration.
