Slim chance because to apply for F1, you need to show that you WILL return to your country and have no immigration plans. Since you have a K1 visa in the process, that means you have intention to come over to the US and stay. Best to stay put in your country and wait for the K1 visa to be approve.

Hello everyone!

I was wondering if anyone knows if I can be on an F1 visa to study in the US and after sometime, file for the K1 visa while studying?

If anyone has done that, please do let me know your experience! :)

If it's your intention to marry in the US while coming here on a F1 visa then no, that's considered fraud. As said above, if you intent to marry a USC it's best to go through K1 or get married and file for CR1
